About this film
When Samuel is torn from his daughter and sent to a brutal prison, Warden Clancy offers him a high-stakes proposition: smuggle gold out of a remote mine with a dangerous crew of prisoners and he’ll win his freedom.
Action Pick
A prison gold-smuggling job with a crew you cannot trust: a hard-edged heist thriller
Ethan Hawke and Russell Crowe anchor a brutal setup where the only way out of prison is smuggling gold from a remote mine with a dangerous crew. The high-stakes job premise and the muscle in the cast make it worth catching in English on a big screen. Note that screenings are limited to a single venue this week, so plan ahead.
